Seggiano Chocolate Covered Clementines
Whole clementines are candied, using the traditional slow method to preserve the fruits in sugar, then halved and dipped in 70% chocolate. The hint of bitter zest, citrus sweetness and superb dark chocolate combine divinely as a special dessert.
